Party/Event Room and Theater Rental

Host your child's birthday party or other event at the Bootheel Youth Museum! Leave the decorating and cleanup to our staff!  We have several options where you can enjoy a private party experience and explore the museum before and/or after your event. And remember, adult groups can enjoy a day at the museum too!

Party/Event Room Rental - 1 Hour

Pricing:  $100 for up to 15 children and 10 adults.

Additional Participants:  Children $6 each, adults $4 each.

Party/event room rental includes:

• Exclusive use of the room for your group for 1 hour. 
• Tablecloths, plates, napkins, cups, sporks, and centerpieces.
• Goody bags for children at your event. 
• Your child's name or your group's name on our sign.
• Museum admission (full day) on the day of your party/event.

BYM staff handle all setup and cleanup. To facilitate changeover between events, the BYM cleans, decorates, and sets up the room for your party. All party decorations are provided. No outside decorations, piñatas, confetti, or silly string.

Rooms are available for rental during the following times:

Wednesday - Saturday:  11 a.m. to Noon, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., or 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday:  1 p.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Theater Rental - 2 hours

Pricing:  $150 for up to 15 children and 10 adults.

Additional Participants:  Children $6 each, adults $4 each.

Theater rental includes: 

• Exclusive use of the theater for your group for 2 hours.
• Tablecloths, plates, napkins, cups, sporks, and centerpieces.
• Goody bags for children at your event.
• Your child's name or your group's name on our sign.
• Karaoke Machine
• Museum admission (full day) on the day of your party/event.

BYM Staff handle all setup and cleanup. To facilitate changeover between events, the BYM cleans, decorates, and sets up the room for your party. All party decorations are provided. No outside decorations, piñatas, confetti, or silly string.

Our theater is available for daytime rental during the following times:

Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The theater can also be rented for after-hours events. Prices start at $200. Call for information and room availability.
